Charmer House is located at 6 Gorham Street in Canandaigua, NY. As Canandaigua’s new premier apartment building, it is centrally located, just one building off of Main Street, adjacent to the Court House, in the heart of the quaint city of Canandaigua. This 3-story, 1920 historic building is currently being converted into seven charming, high-end, one-bedroom/one-bathroom apartments. The newly remodeled building will have all new hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances (including dishwashers), high ceilings, new oversized windows, air conditioning, laundry room, common enclosed porch areas, and a whole lot of charm!

Each apartment has a unique layout. A central laundry room located on the first floor of the building will be accessible to all tenants. The entire building is “No Smoking”, and “No Pets”. The first floor will have two apartments and the laundry room, the second floor will have two apartments and a common enclosed porch area at the front of the building, as well as a workout room, and the third floor will have three apartments, and a common enclosed porch area at the back of the building.
